Privacy Policy

How we handle information you share with Platforms Inc. and the choices available to you.

Last updated:

Who we are and what this policy covers

Platforms Inc. operates this corporate website. This policy covers website visits, business inquiries and the optional LinkedIn account connection in Platforms GTM when that feature is made available. It does not mean that a LinkedIn integration is currently enabled for you.

Customer device, clinical and other contracted services may have separate privacy notices and data-processing terms. This corporate contact form is not a channel for patient records, medical information, passwords or other sensitive account credentials.

Information we receive and why

When you contact us, we receive the name, email address, company, website, conversation topic, source type, timeline and message you choose to provide. A form submission also includes its referring page and generated request identifiers. We use this information to respond, evaluate your request, arrange relevant follow-up and maintain our business correspondence. Website inquiries are routed to our internal inquiry-management system.

Serving and protecting the website can involve technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, timestamps and error or security events. We use operational information to deliver the site, investigate faults and prevent abuse.

Optional LinkedIn account connection

If you choose to connect LinkedIn through Platforms GTM, LinkedIn asks you to authorize access on its own website. We receive an account identifier, authorization tokens and basic profile information needed to identify the account you selected. A display name may be shown temporarily for your confirmation. We do not receive your LinkedIn password.

We use the connection information to link the account to your GTM identity, confirm your selection and support reconnecting or disconnecting. We store the account identifier and access credentials in encrypted form, together with connection status, expiry and security metadata. The connection workflow does not persist profile names, profile photos or email addresses, and does not request email access.

Connecting an account alone does not authorize publishing, sending messages or collecting visitor identities. The account-connection feature does not use LinkedIn profile data to train AI models, generate marketing content, enrich prospect records or target advertising.

You can disconnect in GTM to remove usable connection credentials from its active records. You can also remove the app through LinkedIn's account settings. Disconnecting in GTM does not itself revoke access within LinkedIn or delete your private GTM drafts. LinkedIn separately handles data under its Privacy Policy.

Who can receive information

Information may be accessed by authorized Platforms personnel and service providers supporting hosting, communications, security and inquiry handling. Our hosting infrastructure uses Amazon Web Services. Connecting LinkedIn also involves exchanging authorization requests with LinkedIn. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to respond to lawful requests or protect rights and security.

Third-party websites you visit through links on this site have their own privacy practices. This policy does not control their collection or use of your information.

Storage, security and retention

We use access controls and technical safeguards to protect information. No website, transmission method or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Information may be processed in the United States and wherever the service providers involved in handling your request operate.

We retain information as needed for the purposes described here, applicable legal obligations, security and dispute resolution. Different records have different retention requirements. Removing information from active systems does not necessarily remove backup copies immediately; backup copies remain subject to retention and recovery controls. Contact us about deletion or retention for your specific records.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to submit optional information, ask us to stop business follow-up, or contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information associated with you. Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have additional rights, including objection, restriction or portability. We may need to verify your identity and explain any legal or operational limits on a request. Do not send passwords, access tokens or identification documents in an initial request.

Browser controls let you manage cookies and website storage. Account sign-in and LinkedIn connection flows use security-related cookies or browser storage; blocking them can prevent those flows from working. This website is intended for business audiences, not children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us.
